Apple-Cranberry Crumble - cooking recipe

3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. (8 Tbsp.) butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar. In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle oat mixture over the fruit. Dot with butter. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is browned. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
