Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    2 small onions
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/4 c. green peppers
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
    1 stick margarine
    cheese of your choice (Cheddar, American, etc.; for top)
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish with half bag of stuffing mix.
    Mash down on bottom of dish.
    Cook squash and onions; add soup and rest of ingredients.
    Layer over dressing mix.
    Top with cheese and rest of dressing mix.
    Bake for 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
