Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs and salt together and set
aside.
Add
to
mixture
of pumpkin, water, soda and flour and
bake.
Grease
wide mouth jars with Crisco.
Do not flour. Fill
jar
half full with dough and bake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for
one hour.
Put
lids
on and seal or dump out and freeze. Makes 8 pint jars.
