Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. pineapple juice
large marshmallows
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Add pineapple juice to hot potatoes and beat until smooth. Using 1 marshmallow for the center of each ball, roll marshmallow in sweet potato mixture.
Then roll in crushed corn flakes until well coated.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
