Tennessee Mountain Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn (whole kernel)
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Work buttermilk, flour, corn meal, soda, baking powder and salt into sausage.
    Bake 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
