Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 to 7 c. plain flour, sifted
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water (if dough is too stiff, add more water, a little at a time)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    1 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add salt, sugar and half the flour, beating until smooth with electric mixer or dough hook. Next, add eggs, shortening and the rest of the flour, mixing until the right consistency.
    Let rise in refrigerator, punching down until dough stops rising.
    Make out and let rise 2 hours before serving time.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven.
