Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can shoestring beets, drain but save juice
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Measure beet juice and add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Bring this to a boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, sugar, vinegar and horseradish.
    Stir and add beets.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 6 servings.
