Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 large bag nacho cheese chips
Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Save 1/2 cup of the broth.
Layer chicken in baking dish.
Mix the next 5 ingredients; pour on top of chicken.
Add chips and grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
