Sidney'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten lightly
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.
Add eggs and milk and beat with spoon until mixture is just moist.
Beat in cream and melted butter (do not overbeat).
Pour batter into 8 1/2 x 11-inch buttered pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
