Oriental Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
5 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 c. uncooked fine egg noodles
1/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
1/2 c. frozen tiny shrimp
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
3/4 c. bite-sized fresh spinach
Preparation

In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring water and bouillon to a boil.
Add noodles, carrots and ginger root, reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles and carrots are barely tender.
Add shrimp and green onions; simmer 2 minutes or until shrimp are heated through.
Add spinach and simmer for 1 minute or until spinach is tender.
Serve immediately.
