Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 small can creamed corn
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 can chopped green chili peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for cheese.
    Pour half of batter into well greased skillet.
    Put grated cheese on top of batter in skillet.
    Pour remainder of batter on top of cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
