Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler
    dried rosemary
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Thoroughly wash chicken, inside and out; pat dry.
    Place 2 teaspoons salt in chicken cavity.
    Add large pinch of rosemary to cavity.
    Salt and pepper chicken on all sides.
    Place in a bread loaf pan to which have been added the giblets.
    Roast 1 1/3 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
