Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix the brown sugar, mustard and flour.
    Slowly add vinegar, lemon juice, rind, water and raisins.
    Cook over low heat until it thickens to desirable consistency.
    Stir frequently.
