Potato Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 leeks
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 or 7 large potatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Slice white part of leek.
    Cook with chopped onion in oil. Boil potatoes until soft and mushy.
    Drain potatoes.
    Place onion-leek mixture and cooked potatoes in food processor or blender and puree.
    Add chicken broth and reheat.
