Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 garlic cloves
1 can anchovies (no salt added)
2 tsp. Bleu cheese
6 shakes Worcestershire sauce
6 caps olive oil
4 caps white vinegar
1 coddled egg*
1 large head romaine lettuce
1/4 lb. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
croutons (optional)
Preparation

*Pour boiling water over egg and let sit 2 minutes.
