Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

1 lb. cottage cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
parsley
1 egg
1/2 (6 oz.) box jumbo shells
32 oz. jar garden spaghetti sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Layer 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan. Cook shells according to package. Mix cheeses, bread crumbs, parsley and egg; then stuff into cooked shells. Layer stuffed shells in pan on top of sauce. Pour rest of sauce over shells and top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
