Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil (Crisco)
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
    Stir in pineapple, coconut and nuts. Pour in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool, frost and enjoy!
