Hors D'Oeuvres Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and form into 1-inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet with sides or on grate and broil turning once.
Can be baked at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
