Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. unsalted crackers, crumbled up
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add sugar, a little at a time. In a separate bowl, mix crumbs, pecans (broken into pieces) and vanilla, a little at a time.
    Combine all these ingredients and place in pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool, then top with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate.
