Sicilian Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rigatoni (raw)
1 lb. sausage (Italian)
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 tsp. basil
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop onion and brown with sausage.
In a big pot mix other ingredients.
Drain sausage and add to pot.
Simmer.
Add cooked rigatoni 30 minutes before serving.
