Ingredients

3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
juice of 1 lemon
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add flour, beaten yolks, grated rind, juice and milk.
Mix well.
Fold egg whites into mixture.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish; set in pan of hot water. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves four.
