Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced or 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies, drained
1 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation

In shallow baking dish or pie plate (large), combine all ingredients except pepperoni and olives.
Top mixture with pepperoni and olives.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Serve with crackers, fresh veggies or nacho chips.
