Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1 can chopped chili peppers
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) jalapeno Jack cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl.\tPour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until it bubbles.
