Mexican Cheeseburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine cheese, chili powder, mustard and salt.
Place 1/3 cup of mixture on each of 3 thin hamburger patties.
Top with remaining patties and seal edges.
Place on cold broiler pan and broil until done, about 15 minutes, turning once.
