Favorite Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick oleo
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a pan, bring cocoa, oleo and water to a boil; remove from heat and cool slightly.
Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture.
Add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; blend well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
