Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (half whole wheat)
    1/4 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. oil
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. zucchini, grated with the skin on
Preparation
    Grease 2 loaf pans well.
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Also good as muffins.
