Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked carrots, riced
    1 tsp. minced onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Set mold on folded cloth in pan of hot water, one inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes.
    Invert on hot platter.
    Serve with cheese sauce or grated cheese.
    Fill center with asparagus or other vegetable.
