Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine mashed sweet potatoes, orange juice, milk, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl.
    Beat at high speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
    Combine brown sugar and flour; cut in margarine with a fork.
    Stir in pecans and sprinkle mixture over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
