Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mashed potatoes
    2 well beaten egg yolks
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Make fluffy mashed potatoes.
    Beat in well beaten egg yolks, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until puffed and brown.
