Lemon Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners (powdered) sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, butter, and confectioners sugar.
Press in a 8-inch by 8-inch by 2-inch pan, building up 1/2-inch edge.
Bake 20 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients for 3 minutes.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake 25 minutes more.
Cool and cut into squares.
