Mushrooms Stuffed With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. Italian sausage
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 to 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    dash of red wine
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix together sausage, wine, onion, Parmesan cheese, salt and butter.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Continue to bake until cheese is melted.
