Ingredients

1 long loaf Italian bread
tomatoes, thinly sliced
onions, thinly sliced
peppers, thinly sliced
Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
olive oil
garlic salt
basil
oregano
parsley
Preparation

Slice bread in half lengthwise.
Drizzle olive oil.
Sprinkle on seasonings. Stack vegetables on top.
Put more olive oil and seasonings.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Broil in the oven until bread is crunchy and cheese is bubbly. Slice and enjoy!
