Margo'S Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans chicken soup
    season to taste with lemon pepper seasoning and Lawry's seasoning
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until tender.
    Cool, debone and break into small pieces.
    Place all ingredients into a large pot.
    Season to taste.
    Cook on low to medium heat for 1 hour.
    Use the chicken stock also to thicken, if desired.
    Mix some cornstarch with water and stir into chicken stew slowly.
    Serves 20 to 25.
