Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small can pimentos
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in water.
    Drain and mash.
    Add soup, pimentos, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Press 1/2 of stuffing mix into large baking dish.
    Spoon squash mixture over top.
    Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
