Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
few drops lemon juice (optional)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
1 qt. cleaned and drained fruit
Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a full boil.
Add a thick paste, made with the cornstarch and water.
Cook and stir until very thick.
Fold in the fruit.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
