Frozen Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. graham cracker crust mix
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. whipped cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Prepare 9-inch crust, reserving 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture for garnish.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Beat until stiff and glossy.
    Beat yolks until thick and fold into egg white mixture.
    Fold in whipped cream, lemon juice and peel.
    Pour into crust and top with crumbs.
    Chill or freeze.
