Taffy Apple Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Pillsbury peanut butter cookie dough
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 apples

Preparation

Cut dough like you would to bake cookies and position on pizza pan about 1/4 inch apart.
Bake as directed on wrapper.
Cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over big cookie.
Slice apples and position on top of cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
