Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained tuna
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. diced red onion
    1/4 c. canned diced green chiles
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    3 c. cooked, drained noodles
    12 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. dry roasted cashew nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine tuna, cottage cheese, chiles, sour cream, red onion, salsa and noodles.
    Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and cashews together and sprinkle over top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
