Crawfish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. Tony's seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can Ro-Tel, drained
    1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
    1 lb. crawfish
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in butter.
    Add all ingredients, except cheeses.
    Cook until crawfish is done.
    Hollow out and make a boat in the French bread.
    Pour mixture into boat.
    Top with cheeses.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375\u00b0 degrees for 30 minutes.
