Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. vinegar
12 green peppers (sweet bell)
12 red sweet peppers
15 onions
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. mustard seed
Preparation
-
Pour on boiling water; drain.
Cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil, then pour off.
Add chopped peppers and onions; boil for 1 minute, then can.
