Hula Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    2 c. pancake/waffle mix
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 2 teaspoons juice for topping. Combine pineapple, eggs, milk and oleo.
    Mix well.
    Mix pancake mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda.
    Add to pineapple mix and stir until moistened.
    Fill paper lined cups 1/2 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove from pan.
