Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3 c. hot water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 small can evaporated milk
    vanilla wafers or graham crackers
Preparation
    Put milk in freezer to cool.
    Make up Jell-O with water, sugar, salt and juice and grated rind of lemons.
    Put in refrigerator to set.
    When nearly set, whip the milk stiff and add Jell-O.
