Lemon Sweet Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. chicken
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemon concentrate
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
self-rising flour
Puritan oil
Preparation

Skin and cut up chicken; coat with self-rising flour.
Pour small amount of Puritan oil into skillet and cook until brown. Drain all oil and place chicken back into skillet.
Combine lemon concentrate, brown sugar, catsup, vinegar and water and pour over chicken.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes covered.
Serve over rice.
