Multi-Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry black beans
1 lb. Great Northern beans
1 lb. dry red beans
1 lb. split peas
1 lb. Navy beans
1 lb. lentils
1 lb. pinto beans
1 lb. black-eyed peas
Preparation

This makes about eight 2-cup packages of beans.
Any dried peas or beans may be added to the mix.
