Icebox Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) boxes vanilla wafers
    2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    3/4 lb. glace red cherries
    1/2 lb. glace pineapple
    2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Crumble vanilla wafers (fine); chop cherries, pineapple and nuts.
    Mix with vanilla wafers.
    Add condensed milk.
    Mix until moist.
    Press in pan and put in icebox.
