White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried Great Northern beans
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    6 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Put beans in heavy pot.
    Cover with cold water by at least 3-inches and soak overnight.
    Put chicken in large saucepan. Cover with water and cook until just tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, remove skin and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Drain beans.
    Heat oil in same pot to medium-high.
