Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/2 lb. cashews
    5 1/2 oz. can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation
    Lightly brown onion and celery in margarine; set aside.
    Mix soups and broth. Layer ingredients, starting with layer of noodles, then chicken, onion, celery, soup and nuts, ending with pimentos on top.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 1/2 hour. Makes a long casserole dish full.
