Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned chicken breasts, halved and boned
    sliced Swiss cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 medium bottle Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place breasts in long pan; cover with well drained sauerkraut. Cover next with cheese slices; spread dressing over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Serves 8.
