Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    bananas
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, salt in a double boiler; stir in milk, cook stirring until thickened.
    Cook uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Beat egg yolks and combine with 1/4 cup sugar.
    Add to mixture and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, add vanilla.
    Layer dish with vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding mixture.
    Repeat and top with meringue.
