90 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup flour, salt and dry yeast.
Heat milk, oleo and water to 120\u00b0 (until oleo melts).
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer.
Add 1/4 cup flour and beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in only enough more flour to handle (the secret is to keep the dough as soft as possible to handle).
On flour board, knead about 2 to 3 minutes.
Make into rolls (about 12 pieces).
Place in greased 8-inch pan.
Pour 1-inch depth boiling water into large pan.
Place on bottom rack of stove. Set rolls on rack above water and cover.
Let rise for 30 minutes in closed oven.
Turn oven on to 375\u00b0.
Remove pan of water and uncover rolls.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
